Had a cleaning felt rushed from check in to check out. Found out that appointments are 30-40 min at most. For $275 at least make my time worth it I value quality over quantity which this office does not do
Condescending rude lady at reception. Takes out her bad day on patients. Many dentists in Manhattan with nicer people.
I did a root canal and a crown on my back tooth. Out of three canals Dr. Kim removed only two, furthermore, one of the canals was not cleared the full length. The crown did not fit well, it had a space under it, which accumulated food and bacteria.
The best dentist in town! He is very trustworthy and works very hard.
I had my first visit with Dr. Kim for my oral prophylaxis. After the assistant did the cleaning, he entered the room, checked my mouth, then asked if I have question, then left. Considering I was new in his ofc, he did not even make an effort to know me. He was as if he was in a hurry.
I have been going to Dr. Kim for several years - just for cleanings and maintenance. But recently, I needed more extensive work. I find him to be competent and professional. I like a doctor who is all business and doesn't want to be my friend and ask me about my personal life. His staff is accommodating and efficient.
Dr. Kim is amazing he fixed my teeth and he is so patient.
I hate going to the dentist, but not Dr. Kim. He and his friendly staff make the whole process much more comfortable, and I always leave with feeling well taken care of.
