I took my car in for a recall Tracy lindsey. "Took care" of it, was beyond rude and disrespectful was told how long it would take then when i showed up to pick up my car he went to see how much longer it would take an i was told another hr. When i told him how long i was told he kinda laughed and said well you misunderstood. Beyond rude!

Wife and I stopped in just to look and price new trucks for her. Keith came out and showed us a few options and took us out on a test drive. After that and finding what we was interested in he ran some numbers. This is when Jarod stepped in asked where we wanted payments and what we wanted in the truck. Customer service is lacking! I submitted two surveys online...no response. I also left a message with customer service supervisor almost 3 weeks ago with a good contact number and have yet to receive a call back. I guess that is par for the course.
