I was attempting to make a purchase, it was literally the biggest headache I’ve ever experienced! It took them all week long to come up with an answer on approval they kept asking for more and more info to confirm my pay since I’m a contractor. Got in an accident and my car was towed here. Just picked up my car. Although the banged up portion was fixed, they sent me home with a nail in my right rear tire almost causing me to crash on my way home. The tire was extremely deflated. I’m not saying the nail was their fault, but I’m angry that they did not tell me about it. It doesn’t feel like they cared about my safety. On top of that, they blamed me for not noticing the nail. Horrible customer services I have called and left several messages for over a month now and keep leaving messages with Megan and Jackie!!!!! I am being told I will get a call back and no return calls!!! I spoke to Mike Lee who was very rude and unprofessional to me!!!! Not sure what I need to do to get a call back.
