Appointments run consistently behind. Month and year after year she and her staff make the same excuses for long appointment delays which is very disrespectful to the patient

I first contacted Dr Kupa in 2008 after cancer diagnosis. I did not have PCP and I got a gem. Listens to me, my concerns. are thoroughly answered snd she recommends options

Dr. Sinclair did a thorough job checking for any injury or anything abnormal, assessing vision, examing the yes, asking questions, coming to a conclusion and giving helpful, practical advise. She is kind and has a good way if explaining patiently and listening.
On time, friendly examination. All questions were answered by Dr and staff.
I have always had a GOOD experience at MNGI. My doctor is the best!
