Dr Chou listened and explained things. I didn't feel rushed at all.
Very friendly and efficient team. Dr. Elia was highly recommended by multiple friends. I was able to get an appointment within a few days of calling the office. He was thorough and spent time with me to discuss my prognosis.
High grades for every step of the process! I never felt unsure at any point as everything was checked and rechecked before I had the actual operation. Very professional by everyone involved. On the completion of my recovery, in the surgeons office, I told him I felt like standing up and giving him an ovation! Highly recommend everyone who I came in contact with.

Dr Chou is a great communicator and educator. Hew walks you through his clinical process so that you get not just the bottom line but how HE got to it and what he considered but set aside.
The fact that he explains the whole perceedure before he starts and makes sure that you are sure that it's the one you want. Also if you have any pain during the perceedure. When it's over he makes sure you don't get dizzy or lightheaded before you get off the table or leave. I thought that I was okay after and then I got dizzy and he immediately got ahold of me and took me to the room that I had to lay down for 30 minutes and kept checking on me till it was time to go home.
