I have always favored going to Premier Ortho for any kind of ortho issues for myself - as an active runner. My husband also an athlete required back surgery at the onset of COVID. I highly recommend Dr. Levenberg not only for his talents as a spine surgeon but also his compassion towards my 90-year-old mother. She was suffering so much from a vertebra fracture, and he was amazing in making sure she received excellent care and was able to accelerate the process so she could get some relief. I cannot say enough about how wonderful he is as a surgeon and human being!!
Dr. Levenberg performed an L3 - S1 lumbar laminectomy on me on July 12, 2022, to relieve my left leg sciatica. He took one look at my MRI and said he could fix me. He wasn't kidding; he did!!! I was admitted to Riddle hospital on 5/27/22 with fever, chills, body aches, and moderate pain in my right knee and ankle. It was uncovered that I had septic arthritis in my right knee, and Dr. Levenberg performer arthroscopic surgery to clean out the bacteria on 5/30/22. I was as terrified as I had ever been in my life. Dr Levenberg is a knowledgeable and skilled orthopaedic surgeon. I went to him with a cracked bone in my foot. I got an appointment right away and follow-up appointments too. He did x-rays and recommended physical therapy He operated on my son Justin and most likely saved his life. He is thorough and kind and we are very fortunate to have found such an excellent physician. We are grateful to my now him.

Dr. Levenberg, and his team, made my medical experience a positive one with them. From appointment access to assessment to treatment to follow-up care/concerns I was heard. He is professional, knowledgeable, experienced and personable. From making an appointment, visiting the office, the staff and physician were extremely professional. Questions were answered in a respectful way and did not feel rushed or ignored. They have x-ray services and the surgery scheduling was very easy.
I have seen Dr. Levenberg twice with an extremely positive experience. He was very thorough, asked me what were my questions, wonderful bedside manner, told me to get second opinions if I wanted, and has a kind staff. He performed surgery on my lower back with a successful outcome!
