Wonderful place. Dr. Hassan and staff are amazing did a wonderful job with my sons burn to his hand.
Registration process is seamless. Nursing and ancillary staff are knowledgeable and kind. These people are miracle workers and I am thankful. I just wish the surgeon didn't tell me it was ridiculous to request IV sedation for my daughter after he told me it was an option. He apologized after but I have to wonder if it's because he realized I was a nurse and knew what I was talking about. Overall, though, this is an outstanding facility and again, I am grateful.
I had a wonderful experience here after the Injury to my hand which I won't go into cetails6....The staff, nurses, doctors and the all in the operating staff were wonderful....I praise them....Dr Gibbs was great and explained everything that he could to help with my experience.....Nurses named Kim, Tammy, Shakora, and the other nurses that helped and treated with the updo respect.....Thank you from the bottom of heart for helping my experience a great one... The wait to be seen is awful and people at registration and check in have bad attitudes like they hate to be at work. We had an appointment at 930, arrived at 915, and we were taken back at 1145! Never in my life have I wanted over 2 hours when I had an appointment! The appointment was for a 3 year old! Now I will say that the nurses, PAs and MDs in the back do a good job. If the front could get it together that would be great! Waiting thanking when you have an appointment is ridiculous.
My 3 year had 2nd degree burns a few yeara ago and the doctors ans nuses were awesome...there was a long wait but it doesnt matter whether u have an appt or not...ppl who are in more pain then others witb more serios injuries do get to go ahead and im cool with that cause i totally understand...i also got two tattoos that got infectes and i had to have cadaver skin put on thwm this past week and i couldnt have been more satisfied with doctor mullins and all the nurses...this place is top notch
Dr Mullins is one of the most caring and talented Doctors I have ever met. If you have a wound that won't heal or serious burns this is the place to come, that said the follow up appointments are torture, you wait for hours
I am so thankful for JM Still and the amazing staff team! They were all so loving and kind to not only me but also to my family during this hard time!
Such a great place with great hospitality. I loved it!
