I been going to Dr. Ip and my family for 20 years. He really nice and considerate. Im the biggest baby and he makes me feel calm. My mom 82 my husband up in age. Me 60. My kids also go here.

I was a patient of Dr. Ip when I was a teenager and this guy is why I'm afraid of dentists to this day. He'd stick me with the giant novocaine syringe after dabbing me with a numbing gel q-tip for literally two seconds. Holy crap man, it takes an easy 30 seconds for some patients to receive local numbness with that stuff. He'd be incredibly rude and condescending if you needed a lot of work done. I had a 12:00 PM appointment at the Voorhees office on 2/7 and the level of unprofessionalism was staggering. I drove 45 minutes to get here and arrived at 11:50 AM, but despite being early, I sat in a packed lobby for over an hour. I wasn’t called back until 1:03 PM, effectively making me the last person in the entire waiting room for a routine cleaning that only took 25 minutes. This Dentist and office is the worst … Very Unprofessional and time wasting. Stay away from them. I’ll be asking the state to look further into their practice. All those 1 stars please believe them. People that are giving good reviews are people whom don’t have a solid insurance or $$$ issues and getting the basic treatment. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE …
