Dr Ip and the rest of the staff are amazing! Highly recommended
Terrible experience — do not recommend. The dentist was extremely rude and unprofessional, even threatening to kick me out after I answered an emergency call. They rely on poorly trained trainees, and during the visit my clothes and hair got wet from their careless work. Easily one of the worst dental offices I’ve ever been to.
I have multiple crowns from other dentists. I got one crown and an implant done here. The permanent crown came out and took the rod with it. Now the rod from my IMPLANT is loose and causing a ton of pain. All they did was give my antibiotics because "it might be an infection." They rush everything and have students doing work unsupervised. I thought they were great at first too.
They have done my cleaning in 6 minutes! Worst experience ever at this time! Apparently she was on a rush 🤮
