If I could give his office a 0, I would. Spent weeks waiting for a callback from Kellie, left numerous office messages, because my physical therapy was worsening my shoulders. Apparently, she only saw that I had called numerous times over the last month last night before my appointment. Asked Kellie, at my scheduled appointment, to speak to Dr. Harrison, even though I was told there was a chance that he wouldn’t make the time to talk to me. Dr. Harrison did a wonderful job on my surgery. My only complaint is that I cannot get anyone to answer the phone or return calls to me or my insurance company. We have been trying for 8 days but when they don't get paid they will be quick to call. Really need a better system for patient support.
