I spent 2 hours waiting to be seen by Dr. Gray. When he finally came in, he did not apologize, he quickly examined my hand, started typing on his computer, then told me to go get 2 tests done and handed me my chart to check out. I will NOT go back to this office.
Dr Gray seems competent, found him arrogant and disrespectful of my time. First visit I waited 35 minutes to be shown to a room then waited over an hour for someone to come in for preliminary info. Dr Gray finally showed up, over all I was there 2 and a half hours. Surgical experience was good. Follow up visit I was shown to a room, sat there for twenty minutes, saw a nurse, waited another 30 minutes . Never an apology for waiting. They should call if running late. Do not use this practice!
Dr. Gray was arrogant and condescending. I am a PhD. When his clinic called me b I answered my work phone "Dr. ______________. Then when I went to see him, someone had writing Dr _______________ on my form. When he found out that I was not a physician, but a PhD, he scratched out the word Dr. on my form and handed it back. Both times I waited for appointments with him for over 90 minutes. His office said "if you are going to keep seeing him, you will have to wait long periods. I changed groups
Excellent doctor. I recently from California to Florida. Broke my tibea. Dr.Gray was God sent for my recovery. He is a very honest and experienced Doctor, something rare to find these days.

Do NOT go to this man. The first time I went to him it took TWO HOURS for me to see him. I understand they might be busy, but no one even apologized or explained what was going on. He got snippy when I asked a question about something he suggested. He is a "hand expert" but could not tell me what was wrong, so instead he told me to take pills. When I went back because the pills didn't work he was condescending, talked to me like a child (I am 31), and made fun of me to my face. Fire him.
Dr Gray is an excellent surgeon. He always explains the procedure and what to expect.
