Dr Gray is caring and very very knowledgeable. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my hand!
Maybe he is a great surgeon, but you will get a cold bedside manner. Dismissive and in a hurry.
Supposedly he operated on my hand. He never came in to see me in pre operative and I never met him post operative. Very strange. His staff was amazing, but you would think he would have introduced himself.

Unfortunately, it was recommended that I go to Dr. Gray for carpal tunnel surgery. I wanted minimally invasive surgery through my wrist. He LIED to me that he would perform the procedure in that way. Instead, I wake up from surgery with an incision (1.5 inches long) in the PALM of my hand and two weeks of recovery time. My hand wasn't healing well, and he was indifferent to the damage he had caused. Saw Dr Gray for the first time regarding a cyst on finger. I waited in examination room for 1 hour, no apology from him re long wait. I also found him condescending and arrogant. Not impressed at all. Will not go back.
I had a mallet finger injury, splinted it multiple times under Dr. Gray's direction, my finger was drooping a little after splinting, since the drooping was not improved, the next step was to undergo surgery, I did have a surgery about a year ago, big mistake, a year after the surgery, not only the drooping is not fixed, it has gotten worse, before the surgery, i had no pain, now, after going through the surgery, i have constant pain and I have lost some of the use of my right hand due to pain in my finger, and also the droo... read more

Dr Gray is a caring, compassionate, talented physician. He is the doctor other doctors trust to care for their families. Impeccable skill with empathetic bedside manners. Highly recommended.
Horrible. Had several appointments with him. Made me wait 2-3 hours each time and offered no apology. He has a very condescending attitude and is arrogant. Will not return.
