My wife has dementia and Melanie performed the dental procedure in a calm and controlled manner and with the utmost courtesy and respect for my wife, which was very much appreciated..
You guys did real good other than my appt. I saw Debra last yr for 1st time, she is great! So my next appt i requested her and when i went in, i was scheduled with someone else. I let the lady take care of me but requested my next appt for sure be with Debra. When i went in for my appt yesterday, it was not with Debra, again. I requested off from work and have a busy schedule so i let the lady take care of me so i wouldn't have to reschedule. I liked that they accept that I do not like their machines but that I do like them. They don't try to convince or pressure me to do something I don't want to do. Deborah is great!!!
