he offered me absolutely NO treatment/ dx was a paralytic ileus and it may or may not go away i told him i was taking reglan (prescribed to me by my neurosurgeon)- he never even noted that in my chart/ did not ask me the dosage or anything about it/ offered me no follow up/ no direction/ --TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
