DR. Strain was referred to me from a friend. I was having consistent issues with my ankle and knee from years of playing sports. Strain put me through a few small tests at the office and answered all the questions I had on my mind. After a few therapy sessions and meetings with Dr. Strain my progress had increased a lot, and my pain had reduced significantly . Thanks Strain and the team at OASB.

I have nothing but the best to say. I had my knees replaced in 2006. Still going strong. I’ve red a lot of reviews about him, I still think I have the very best surgeon for me. He is a no nonsense Dr. Direct and to the point on diagnosis. I recommend Dr. Strain highly.
Doctor Strain refused to give me a cortisone shot suggesting I need one. Totally unprofessional. Harvard doesn't teach you everything. surprised he is still practicing medicine. Does the AMA really care about how doctors like this treat there patients?
I went to Dr Strain twice so far with no pain relief. He doesn't listen at all and cuts you off as your trying to explain what hurts. He's rude and very dismissive. I've had hip and leg pain for 2 months now and 2 visits later still no relief. I will never go back there! I should of read the reviews first.
I read the reviews about him being bias towards the insurance company and about him not caring about his patients but gave him the benefit of the doubt. He was going to be my second opinion towards a Knee surgery where I had an MRI stating my injury was acute. Met with doctor strain and right away he question my integrity and validity of my pain. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone seeking a doctor that listens to his patients and actually cares for their pain. The staff was great.
I had a horrible experience with Dr. Strain. He was unsympathetic to my pain and rushed to diagnose me with osteoarthritis even after I asked about a possible reaction to a new medication. He dismissed me as a depressed and weepy woman. Bottom line, I stopped taking the medication in question, Breo Ellipta, and 6 weeks later, I am 85% better. I do not recommend Dr. Strain especially if you are looking for a physician who will listen to you. You know your body best. He gets zero stars.
I was referred to Dr. Strain by my primary care physician for an uncommon hip problem. Dr. Strain took time to explain what the problem was, what the future course of action would be, and why surgery wasn't needed.
