When I moved to KS, to my surprise, my car insurance did not offer coverage in KS. I received 2 tickets on my record for no liability insurance. I had a revoked license for 3 years. Then I got pulled over 5 weeks before I was to get my license reinstated. He made a deal with the prosecutor. I got to keep my license, didn't have to do jail time, and I have to pay low costs in fines. I was so happy that I cried on the phone. I'm a mother of 3 kids, full-time student, and worked part time. My son was victim of an unfortunate conviction that almost resulted in his licence being suspended.
