Not to long ago I found myself in a situation in which I felt there was absolutely no help. I was pulled over and was arrested on a driving while suspended. Because I had other previous driving infractions I was also considered a habitual offender resulting tn my license being revoked for 3 years. I felt hopeless and that there wasn't anyway possible to get my license back. Probably everyone can agree that you never want to have a need for a drivers license Attorney, but if you find yourself in that situation I highly recommend Mr. Richard (Dick) Oswalt. I hired Dick to from out of state to represent me on a drivers license issue. He was extremely prompt and very aggressive in his pursuit of resolving the matter. Within a few days of my initial contact with him I received confirmation that the issue was resolved. I would not hesitate to recommend his services especially to anyone who is out of state.

I hired Mr Oswalt to work on my Drivers License. I was revoked until 11/15 under the Habitual Driving Statute. I hire other attorneys who said they could help me and then said there was nothing they could do. Mr Oswald took my case in Oct 2013 and by November he had my revocation reducted by 18 months so I am able to reinstate in June of 2013. I would reccomend Mr. Oswald to anyone that is in this situation. He really knows the Kansas Driving Statutes and will work hard to do anything possible to get your license reinstated.

Mr. Oswalt is awesome! My license was suspended and he helped me get it back in record time. He also managed to reduce my charges which was great. He is always friendly and professional. I could tell he truly cared about my case and supported me through my frustration. Whenever I called him even with the most trivial question he returned my call the same day. If it weren't for him I would still be struggling to get reinstated. Thank you Mr. Oswalt!!

I am very pleased with mr. Oswalts work. He was very easy to work with and honest. I recomend him to anyone who wants to fix a traffic violation in kansas. I work alot and didnt have to worry about anything. I also recieved a promotion due to mr.oswalts clean-up of my driving record. Well worth the cost. Thanks Dick.
