Let me start by saying I truly believe this man is an angel sent from heaven to rescue lost souls like myself. In Kansas, if you incur 3 Driving While Suspended convictions in a 2-yr period, the state will automatically revoke your Driver's License for 3 years. When I placed my initial call to Mr. Oswalt, I had already pled guilty to 1 charge and was facing 3 more possible convictions on the same charge of Driving While Suspended. I was already labeled a habitual violator when I was charged with my second driving while suspended. After consulting with Mr. Oswalt he informed me that he could possibly get my charge amended and get my license back in the process. I was skeptical, I didn't think there was anyway he could get my license back before my suspension was up. But after what seemed like no time at all he did exactly that! With Mr. Oswalt's help I now have my full driving privileges reinstated.

6 Stars. Richard was able to get my license unrevoked and reinstated, thus saving my career in which I need to drive 90% of the time. When I moved to KS, to my surprise, my car insurance did not offer coverage in KS. I received 2 tickets on my record for no liability insurance. Mr. Oswalt was very helpful with my case. I was in another state trying to get my license back due to a situation in Kansas. I had a revoked license for 3 years. Then I got pulled over 5 weeks before I was to get my license reinstated. He made a deal with the prosecutor. I got to keep my license, didn't have to do jail time, and I have to pay low costs in fines. I was so happy that I cried on the phone. I'm a mother of 3 kids, full-time student, and worked part time. My son was victim of an unfortunate conviction that almost resulted in his licence being suspended. In the state of Kansas driving is a privilege- I beg to differ! For a single young man who lives on his own driving is a vital living essential! The courts had taken a course of action to suspended our son's drivers license for several years due to various driving violations and infringement. The odds of reinstating his drivers license were extremely dismal. Mr. Oswalt's litigation on my son's behalf was astonishing! My son's drivers license was reinstated and he got his life back!

Mr. Oswalt was extremely professional helping me get my Drivers License reinstated. I had moved to Texas and we did all of our business over the phone. Mr. Oswalt knew exactly what to do and got my situation taken care of very promptly. His services were much more reasonable than other Attorneys I had spoken too. I would highly recommend Mr. Oswalt and would use him again if the situation required.
