Dr. Richard Ramos is a compassionate, caring, kind & professional doctor. Today, I was able to have a Fluoroscopic Intra-Articular Hip Injection for the first time. He asked critical introductory health questions, was friendly, as well as, knowledgeable of his Specialty! As always, this visit was pleasant, professional and procedure to be performed carefully explained and affirmed. Post procedure was professional and caring. I would highly recommend Dr Ramos to anyone seeking answers and help with pain and back issues.

Terrible ,horrible bedside manner. Talked politics entire time. No regard for me Freezing cold in office. Air conditioning on. Late for appointment in a meeting.
Dr. Ramous has a wonderful bedside manner something you don’t see now days. Takes time with patient and never makes you feel rushed.
Dr. Ramos is an excellent orthopedic physician. He listens and treats appropriately and compassionately. He is thorough and helps manage chronic pain secondary to arthritis in the spine and large joints helping to delay and hopefully avoid surgery. I would highly recommend him to anyone with ongoing chronic neck or spine pain or large joint pain. He gets a five star recommendation from me!!
Dr. Ramos’ scheduling team was able to get me a moved up appointment due to the level of pain I was experiencing from a Pars spinal fracture. It has only been a couple of days but the Cortizone injection has given me a great deal of relief.
I was nervous about the procedure but it was over in no time. Dr. Ramos was great.
I've been going to Dr. Ramos since 2015 and after moving to Asheville in 2018 I continue to travel 3 hours to see him.
