Professionalism
I've been a patient of Dr. Ramos for a few years now and not once have I not be satisfied with the care he provided. He speaks with you about everything and not matter how small or large it is, he takes time to explain your concerns as well as encouraging you to ask other questions if necessary. He's wonderful in surgeries and knows how to perform them without any issues. If after and you have questions, just send him a note and responds right away.
Dr. Ramos talked to me about possibly the pain I have now in my arm, may be coming from my shoulder instead of my neck or back. He referred me to Dr. Norris. He also spoke to me about addiction. I have a follow up visit in December. And I have an appt. with Dr. Norris in September. And Dr. Ramos said he would continue to treat me for chronic pain. I am very glad of that. He is a superb doctor and has done everything he can to manage my chronic back pain for the last 19 years and I feel very blessed to have such a good doctor... read more
Professional and very understanding of my pain I was experiencing.
Dr. Ramos was very efficient in taking time to explain my condition in great detail. He did not hurry thru my visit and proved to be most helpful in telling me what my problem was. I was very pleased with him and would highly recommend him to any one who has a back problem.
I felt that my pain and discomfort issues were listened to and concern was shown. Together we made a plan to help my back pain.
Dr Ramos was very attentive and answered all my questions, he is very easy to talk with
Someone must have really messed with his reviews. He was by far the rudest and most condescending man I ever met. I have another bad disc and would NEVER see him again. I left his office crying the way he talked to me. He very much has a God complex.
