Dr. Gregory was credible, authentic, and compassionate as he explained the procedure my husband required. I have rarely experienced an interaction with a doctor as exceptional. His PA Denise was equally outstanding in her professional explanation to us.
I could not have asked for a better surgeon than Dr. Gregory. Not only was he very kind, patient, and understanding, but he was also extremely supportive throughout every step of the way leading up to and after my multiple surgeries. Would definitely recommend him for anyone in search of a cardiac surgeon.
Friendly staff and Doc. This was my second open heart procedure (first one was not done by doc) and Dr. Gregory did extra tests to ensure a successful result. He visited daily at hospital was concise with information and upbeat. Answered all questions completely. Visits at office have been equally pleasant and informative. Best surgical experience I have had.

Dr. Gregory explains procedures in terms that are easy to understand; very pleasant and friendly; relates well to patients; not in a hurry; his confidence in his own knowledge and skill is reassuring-great doctor! I appreciated his down-to-earth bedside manner, his availability and his follow-up to my surgery.

Outstanding
Dr. Gregory can best be described in a single term; OUTSTANDING! When my cardiologist could not successfully complete stents, he immediately called Dr. Gregory who was at St. Agnes within 30 minutes for a consultation. He scheduled by-pass surgery for me the very next morning and did an outstanding job - caring, skilled, filled with empathy and positive inputs into my life. There is no reason for anyone to travel to Palo Alto or Menlo Park for a specialist .....Dr. Gregory is amazing!
Dr. Gregory is a very straightforward, honest physician who really knows his business. He answered my questions before I could ask them, he explained the procedure thoroughly from start through recovery and was very comforting and friendly and showed quiet confidence. That really helped me cope with the fear and trepidation I had about open heart surgery. He listened to my fears and concerns. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs this type of procedure without reservation.
