Dr Gregory and his staff were very professional and courteous to me with my preparation, surgery and post surgical care. He took his time explaining the updates in the surgery in the last 18 years. I had an aortic valve replacement. The reason for the surgery and all relative information needed was well provided. I was able to make the choices i thought was best for me. His ability as a surgeon was exemplary. his entire staff was excellent. Over all he made a horrible situation a relatively pleasant experience with a fantastic outcome. I would like to also include that his PA,s were amazing. wanted to say thank you to everyone for the amazing care i received!
I've received excellent service throughout my surgical process and follow-up recovery issues. Dr. Gregory explains the procedure/surgery with great care and always listens if you have issues or questions. Most highly recommended.

This guy is REAL. Explained completely what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. We never waited more than a few moments in the waiting room for our appointment and he even got into the room before the nurse was finished with her duties (Unheard of these days). The surgery went as per he explained and I was kept even longer in hospital to monitor for any post op issues ( Comforting to know they care ). His Staff are well trained, very polite and helpful. I was referred to Dr. Gregory by my Cardiologist and I couldn't be happier---I received excellent care and attention. He's a great guy! HIs staff is fantastic and my experience was very positive.
Dr. Richard Gregory is very pleasant and friendly. He had good bed side manners. He took time when talking to my husband and I. He was interested in answering any questions or concerns we may have on our minds.
