I am Dr. Clarence Chings' eldest daughter, Pamela. Dr. Richard Coutts saved my left leg. I was hit by a drunk driver in 1972. It basically almost ripped my leg off me, broke both bones. A small piece of muscle/skin was what kept it connected. It took many surgeries, and he, Dr. Richard Coutts (with my dad there too) saved this leg and put it back on me! Amazing and a blessing. ... Dr. Coutts ROCKS ! He is genius. 💖
