After years of seeing Chun as a patient, it's finally time to find a new provider. Dr. Chun is knowledgeable, but unfortunately his hours of availability/appointments are very limited and the office staff is incompetent. Difficult to reach anyone to schedule an appointment and they never return calls.

I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered, their staff is not friendly at all, and the office is a mess. Dr. Chun never gives you anymore then a one month prescription at a time, so that you will have to keep coming in. He has no bed side manners, and no one can read his prescriptions causing problems every time that you go to the pharmacy. No one on the outside can read his chart when copied. I was left in the exam room by myself for a bit until doctor came in after nurse took blood pressure. The staff is nice & knows what they're doing, and they know a lot. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need the doctor's approval for. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am rearely put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. A... read more
