This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a healthcare provider. I waited two weeks for a phone appointment about a painful lump in my breast, and Dr. Chun opened the call with “What’s wrong with you?” without identifying himself.He was dismissive, unprofessional, and showed zero compassion. He gave me no explanation, hung up on me, and left my concerns completely unresolved. I had a visit with Dr. Chun only because my normal Dr. was not available. He stated he was going to refer me for treatment and did not. I called in 4 x for status in 2 months with NO Response from him. Had to schedule another appt since too much time had passed due to incation and when I saw him the 2nd time he told me I had to wait another month and then put in a request for the original treatment-Which will then be further delayed. Worst experience with a doctor-ever.

This doctor has no care for his patient's concerns. What is on paper is what he believes, he will argue with your own beliefs & symptoms. I had no room to talk about my ongoing problem that led me to the E.R and he disregarded my concerns and what the ER doctor suggested I'd request. He was completely rude. Its doctors like this that push people away!!

Dr. Chun is the best doctor I ever had. He is competent, patient, understanding, and kind. You would be lucky to be seen by him. Simply the best!

I knew I wanted Dr. Chun to be.my doctor the first ti.e I.met him. He is knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to listen to me and explained things throughly. I was told by Well Space that he is only doing telephone visit which bums.ne out. But I'd rather have a telephone visit with him than see anyone else. Dr Chun. I will miss not seeing you in person. And I am sure many others feel the same way. Thanks or everything you have done for so many people.

Horrible doctor. Barely spends any time with patients and clearly never even glances at the chart before speaking to patients. Makes assumptions.

I agree the dr is great going threw well space is a joke it's easier for me to walk in the office to make appointments then to try and call pretty approvals I have to chase down. myself took 8 mnths for them to find cardiologist that took insurance they do not make it easy I find myself calling repeated days and weeks for the same reason but the dr hes great

I have been a patient of Dr. Chun for quite some time. He is an awesome doctor who provides excellent patient care. He takes the time to listen and makes sure that all your needs are addressed. However, ever since WellSpace took over managing the office, it's gone downhill. Trying to make an appointment is so frustrating. When you calling you get a call center with long wait times. I have been recently referred to Dr. Chun my primary GP relocated to another Hospital. Dr. Chun has provided outstanding support and has provided thorough follow-ups on lab work and other specialists referred information. I have severe Type 2 Diabetes (insulin dependent), chronic hypertension, high cholesterol, disabling lower back damage, and severe diabetic neuropathy and arthritis in my feet, all of which have been addressed accurately and thoroughly. Recommend highly.
