Worst level of honestly. I asked for a car that was sure to at least pass New York State inspection. I was told up and down by my salesman that the car I wanted would pass. $3000 later it finally passed. I haven't had so much bad luck with a car before but this place and the car they sold top the charts.
Best customer service I have ever received!!! I was in and out very quickly and got a great deal on my Mercedes!! I recommend this dealership to everyone I know!!!!! I would go back in the future!

Quite possibly one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered in a long time. Was looking for an inexpensive car to purchase and after finding that this dealership had one in my price range listed on Autotrader, I called to inquire further. After telling me that the vehicle was still on the lot, I asked the sales person what the inspection status was. I was told "Well for that price, what does it matter?"
