No respect to people or their time. I set up an appointment with Pete Vietheer to see a car. I told him I was coming from 2 hours away and that it was very important he make sure the car was available. He assured me it was and we set up an appointment for the next day. I took the day off of work. 1 hour into my trip I got a call from him informing me that the car had already been sold the whole time.
Pretty mind Blowing terrible experience. Now I see why so many bad reviews. Can't believe this dealership is still in business.
Worst customer service experience ever............................... They lie to you, promise anything then deliver nothing. I purchased a vehicle from them in October of this year that had 51,000 miles on it. James (manager) now claims the paperwork shows 71,000 miles on it. Clerical error or criminal action? Great people been doing business with them for over 25 years
Never buy car form these dealer! Got Mini Cooper soon will be FOUR months ago and they still DIDN'T provide registration! Why? because a woman who's doing it just lost our documents! They just didn't answer my calls about that for months. Now they're doing the same. The situation caused a bunch of problems. My husband missed driving exam and the next one was scheduled after 3 month only. We have a car, we pay insurance, but wa can't use cause we don't have plates and driving license.
