I will allow for an off day at the clinic. The disappointment is how much time we spent looking, only to feel like we were not afforded the attention and care we were paying for. I'm glad for the folks who received excellent care. For us, that was not the case. Wrote as accurate review as I could, without the name calling and the typical angry responses you often see. We had an expectation based on research that did not prove true. We were expecting an approach that put surgery as a last resort. I want to qualify this with the fact that the office was short staffed so the 45 minute wait was almost bearable. It would have been nice if someone came out and explained why the wait was so long, as we sat and watched every other patient receive service first. Update: I was seen by another doctor who actually took scans of the issue. He said my nerve was sewn up from my last surgery into the incision. He said arthritis was much worse than anticipated and he also had to remove an extra bone in surgery that was twice the size of what is normally seen. I had surgery a month after visit that resulted in many procedures, two incision, 1 plate and 7 screws. I went in for an ongoing issue I am having with my foot. I was recommend and scheduled for surgery by my previous doctor. I am in a large amount of pain and cannot sleep at night. There was no resolution for the pain, we are going off xrays and MRI from 7 months ago. No recommendations for new imaging resilts to get to the root of the issue. Unfortunately since I don't have insurance, he won't do anything. He tried to keep my MRI report so I can't take it with me, even though I brought it in. I see a man sitting in front of different places in murray holding 1 sign and the other sitting up again a bucket. Putting dr blalock down about messing up his broken arm.. this man was infront of Kroger a few days ago and I told him I saw dr blalock and thought he was a great dr.. and told this man that maybe he should make an appointment with dr blalock and talk with him.
