I have been in my house for about 35 years and have always used Richard B Snyder Co. In the past the service was good. This time I called on a Friday morning with a problem (water heater had died). My message explained the situation and simply asked if they could come the following Monday or possibly sometime during that week. The voice mail said they would get back to me "as soon as possible".
