USE HIM!!! Rich is extremely knowledgable about all aspects of purchasing and owning a home. As a first-time home buyer, I had many questions and didn't want to be rushed into purchasing. I had interviewed and passed on several other agents prior to meeting and working with Rich. He answered all my questions and I never felt pressured into purchasing anything. The purchasing process went off without a hitch and I'm now living in my beautiful home. I will definitely use Rich the next time I purchase a home.

Rich is hands down one of the most kind and intelligent people I've met! This was our second time purchasing a home. We bought this home without physically walking the property ourselves. Rich and his wife facilitated our showing of the home over Skype. We chose to use a home inspection company that he recommended for a "comprehensive to a fault" inspection. He then helped us navigate the home purchasing process differences between Nevada and Texas. Rich was a professional. I loved the binder wth a how-to guide on how to sell a home. I always felt like my home sale was a priority though I'm sure he had many on his plate. We had several offers by day 3 and accepted an offer (over asking price) by day 7 of being on the market. Job well done!

One step closer to waking up from a nightmare I never expected.
