We love Rich’s ice cream - happy summer!
Paid for 4 ice creams. One was made wrong, the girl insisted she made it correctly. One of my daughters ordered cookies and cream and the other ordered cookie dough, we got two cookies and cream. Instead of taking back the error (we didn’t even touch it) and making a new one, she charged us to make a cookie dough. To top it off, she tried to keep the one that was made wrong even though we paid for it. Horrible customer service.
Great ice cream. Love the coffee with hot fudge. Great waffle cones.

Great Ice Cream beautiful afternoon
I have enjoyed going here for many years, the ice cream is really good. It’s sad to see the prices have gone up so much, and you now get less ice cream. For three kids cups it was over 10.00. But it’s a fun place to go to on a hot summer day. Bring cash!!
