So tonight we decided to go to Rich’s for ice cream with our 7 grandchildren!! The kids were having fun enjoying their ice cream but of course when the 7 kids get together they love to run around. My granddaughter walked by a wooden flower pot and barely touched it and the pot fell to the ground scraping her leg on the way down. My son went to look at it and saw the wood was completely rotted. I left a negative review for Rich’s Farm Ice Cream in Brookfield - I walked in to the girl at the register on her cell phone, didn’t look up- no one greeted me as me and my daughter walked in. After a couple minutes I finally asked who do I give my order to. Everyone seemed bothered I came in. The girl asked for my order three times and I still got the wrong ice cream.
