We’ve been customers of Rich’s Custom Jewelry for over 25 yrs. He is an outstanding artist and a wonderful human being. We’ve brought our ideas to him and he’s made them come to life. RecommendedI wanted to use my own diamonds and stone for my engagement ring, and all I needed was a simple design. Major jewelers wanted to charge me ridiculous amounts of money and then I found this place. Literally half the price of the quotes I was given. I needed to find a jeweler who engraves by hand and found Rich’s Custom Jeweler. I’m so happy with the result of the engraving he put on my mother’s ring. The staff are fabulous too! Giving them a 5 star rating is the least I can do.

Aaron and Rich can make or fix anything! We have had custom pieces made. Watches cleaned and broken pieces fixed. Highly recommend this great Jeweler and it’s even better they are in our neighborhood! But I would drive across town if we ever moved!!

These folks are stellar! They fixed one of my most prized possessions from my mom—a long, gold, serpentine, 70s style necklace. I thought it was a goner as I had caught it on something as I was at work AGES ago and it broke in the middle. When I moved into the neighborhood I found this gem of a shop (see what I did there) and they are the most knowledgeable, skillful, and kind people. So great to have them as part of our community in DTLV. They’re absolutely worth the drive if you don’t live in DTLV!
