RecommendedTheir menu is short but good eats. Thumbs up to Crawfish Trap, Etoufee, grilled broccoli, potato salad and the best fried pickles.
My husband and Brady ordered the same dish, a fried fish filet topped with crayfish etouffee at a cost of $17... the fish was good but the etouffee wasn't... the fish was topped with about a tablespoon of gravy and 4/6 crawfish....definitely NOT worth the price. I was a little curious why the place was so empty on a Saturday night 🤔

Service was pleasant, casual , food is what you would expect in this area . Had the crawfish etouffee over grilled fish . Seasoned but not over seasoned . Slaw was bland but complimented the etouffee. Husband had the shrimp and fish platter . Over all if your in the area it’s worth the stop .
used to be a great Cajun restaurant with awesome Cajun dishes now it's been ruined and turn into a burger and breakfast joint the only thing that survived was the chicken and sausage gumbo it really broke my heart what this has become
absolutely great service!! and the food was fantastic!! extremely clean & no long wait. I highly recommend! try the fried okra & fried fish...super crispy and yummy!!
The recent makeover was done very well. Even the restrooms look great. I miss the buffet, but the food was delicious. My only complaint was that the service was slow. I was sat at a table as soon as I walked in, but it took over 10 minutes before a waitress showed up. I ordered food since she was there, and it took nearly 15 minutes for a cup of gumbo to show up at my table. The rest of my food arrived two minutes later. Hopefully they can resolve the slow service as the food and decor were great!
If you are traveling on I 10 through Crowley Louisiana, you must check out this EXCELLENT restaurant at the truckstop, they just remodeled the place and the folks that work here are very friendly and even the owner will come up to you and ask you how your food was. They have excellent gumbo so good that I always get some to go with me back to Stone Mountain Georgia in my 18 wheeler
