Small. No bathroom. But the food here is delicious.
Nice, cozy restaurant with friendly staff. Their crispy pork belly with fried egg and rice is SO good. The noodle dishes are very good too. My fav is drunken noodles and pad see ew
very disappointing delivery service they advertise...if you want them to deliver your order, be prepared to wait 2 hours :(

I really have no reason to not give Rice n Spice 5 stars... I've basically been living off them since moving to Bellevue. Food is always delivered in a timely matter. Shows up looking delicious everytime.. I've had family visit from California and we dined in for a close bite. The enjoyed as well.. that was actually my first time eating in, the place is a little small inside but food came out very food and young lady and dude that work the front are great (:
