Quick good Chinese Food Located just off of campus on Grand River near Berkey hall - Rice Kitchen offers quick, resonably priced chinese food for people on the go. In the fall spring and summer take your food just outside and enjoy it on the bench. Good sized portions. A good stop any time PROS: good choice CONS: plain on the inside
Worst experience ever Bad food with egg shell in the food. Rude waitress and may be because all of them were college student so didn't bother to show customer service. I will never go there again.This was the first and last experience ever.
Rice Kitchen is awesome I had never experienced any kind of bad service like other reviewers mentioned. I will definitely go back and ask my friends to go too. I always get good services, their staff is nice, send me greetings once i walked in the door. The lunch specials is the greatest deal. Egg Foo Young is good, and the crab rangoons too. One word, AWESOME restaurant.
I'm disappointed! GOOD FOOD, but very bad customer service Man, the customer service is so bad!! I ordered my food through the phone, but she sounded like she's bored, and replied me with brutish tone. "Anything else?" instead of "Can I help you with anything else, Sir?" after I placed my order. To the waitress there, you are not trying to pick a fight with your customer. so please talk to your customer politely =( Seriously, the owner should hire a new employee. Unbelievable rude It is a shame that a restaurant like this is still operating in EL. Staff is very unpleasant and rude to customers. There is ZERO customer service. Food is below par. The owner should really assess his staff. Utterly disappointed and worst dining experience. This place should close down!
Very hard to communicate and Rude! I must say, I order from Rice Kitchen all the time but as of today. I will not order from there any more. The person taking my order can't even speak proper english let alone pronounce simple words like cross and street. I recommend to order in person and a translator for the simple fact not speaking proper english gives them an excuse to be rude. I can not believe they are still in business. One of the worst Chinese Reasturant This is a fu**cked up reasturant....you will see flies escorting you everywhere in the reasturant....they don't even know how to talk to customers....service sucks....food is totally crap...!
Nice It's right next to our campus. Neat place to get lunch from. Usually 4.99 including entrees and egg rolls and stuff. Good for both lunch and dinnar for me though. hehe
