Extremely disappointed. As a lifelong GM driver and Rice Buick GMC customer (my entire family has purchased cars, trucks, and SUVs here for 30 plus years) - sadly- today is the last time I will ever do business with this company. I have had to replace the AC compressor twice in my 2014 Chevy Silverado which has under 75,000 miles. This has cost me north of $2,000. Went in deciding between an Acadia and Enclave and questions regarding the first responder discount. Still have questions. Basically no one was ready to deal it was basically here’s a payment, thanks but no thanks and we can’t help you. Yet, I have a GMC dealership in Indiana with stellar customer service throwing deals and rebates at me and top dollar for my trade. I’m disappointed in the local dealership that is obviously closer to home.
