Do NOT recommend! Took my car in for warranty work and I knew the code and what needed to be replaced. It was the EVAP valve and cat converter. They decided to only do the cat converter. I waited over 5 hours then a guy from the shop noticed I had been there all day and asked my name. Texts to my service advisor, Oriana, went unanswered. I was finally told my vehicle was out front. Update: if I could rate a zero out of five, I would. Upon further inspection, it’s been determined that I was shown a false CarFax. When going through the initial buying process, I read the CarFax multiple times and nowhere did it say the engine had been replaced. It was never stated that it had been replaced even when they were asked if there were any major mechanical defects that had been addressed.
