I cannot say enough about how wonderful our car buying experience was here. Everything was so quick and fair. They’ve gone above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We’ve always been loyal Toyota/Lexus customers but physically outgrew their vehicles with our large family and needed a Yukon XL. I can’t believe we waited this long to give GMC a try!
Rice Buick - GMC do great work and are very reliable. My service advisor, Teresa did a great job keeping me informed during the repair process. Would definitely recommend.
Service times are awful. I had an appointment for an oil change at 10:30. I arrived at 10:15. At 11:30 I went to the clerk for an update and was told they still hadn’t gotten started on my vehicle. I told her to bring the truck back around and I would go somewhere else. What’s the purpose of an appt if they are not going to honor it. The gentlemen in the waiting area with me said he had an appt at 10 and they still hadn’t gotten his either. I was not the only customer upset.
