Rice Buick replaced my engine air filter and passenger compartment filter without my input or approval, had to wait for management to take it off my bill. Only 5000 miles on car!
Experienced problems with our 2023 gmc yukon while on I40. Our yukon went into limp mode and we limped it into the dealership. The service department started figuring out how to work our vehicle in to a full service schedule. We were 6 hours from home and didn't want to have to stay the night. They figured out the problem and had us fixed and on the way in alittle over 2 hours. We were so impressed and appreciative. I will consider driving the hours to buy a vehicle from them next time.

Chris with Rice Buick-GMC service did a terrific job. I could tell they were quite busy but he took the time to explain everything to me and hear out what I needed done. I got my car back within a half-ish day and they did transmission flush, fixed the jack in my car and windshield wipers. Great experience!
