I always have a great experience at Troutman. All of the staff is so professional and friendly.
As soon as you walk in, the waiting room is very inviting and comforting. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgable. They take great care of teeth and are informative about what needs to be done and why.
I missed my appointment by an hour, (it was my fault), The receptionist immediately rescheduled me for later that same day.

Great folks, very professional
It was a long day and, apparently, my situation is especially difficult, but Dr. Troutman and his staff have patiently and professionally worked through the issues. At this point I think my tooth is costing the practice money and not me. I appreciate Dr. Troutman standing by his work. Apart from being a great dentist (which he is), this also makes him a small business owner with integrity and an asset to the community.
