Kristen (I might not be getting that name exactly right; sorry) was very quick, courteous, and gentle with the cleaning and Dr. Cole was professional and friendly as always. But, the best thing about this visit is that I forgot to provide my new dental insurance info at checkout, and when I realized my mistake and called back, the front desk folks took care of everything over the phone.
