RecommendedToday I made a same day appt for the Apex location. Everyone at the Apex location was simply amazing!!!!! They worked me in, made me feel incredibly welcome, and had the best bed side manners! Every person I came in contact with were so professional, kind and put me at ease. Dr Tomasheski really took time and explained my ideal treatment plan! It was the best dental visit I’ve ever had!! If you’re looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend!
My 4 year old daughter had a filling done by Dr. Garner at the Cary office on Maynard today and she was AMAZING!! I was nervous about her having a filling done but she did awesome. Huge thank you to all of the staff, you’re the best!

Get 2nd opinions! Doing so saved us $$ and saved my daughter from unnecessary fillings. It’s really too bad because I used to sing their praises to everyone. Not anymore.
Staff was threatening, condescending, and untrustworthy. CFO lied to me about what my doctors told him about my medical history to purposely create a rift between us. Refused to treat me because I am diabetic. Worst dental experience of my life! Go somewhere else!
The office staff at Riccobene is absolutely horrible to work with and I did not even get in the front door. They insisted that my insurance did not start until 07/01/2019 despite the info on my card and the details my HR Department provided. The talked to "Vickie" twice and were told I did not have active coverage. When I called my insurance company they had no inquires from them on coverage verification. Guess they did not need any new patients.
They charge me for interpreter plus dental visit when I missed an appt .
I had a wisdom tooth pulled today (Clayton office 40/42).. and had such a wonderful experience! My dentist was absolutely phenomenal. I highly recommend him for anyone needing dental work done! Dr. Christian Anderson was kind, gentle, thorough, patient and so much more. I also want to brag on his nurse, Kelly! She too was so patient with me, and made my experience very lighthearted. What a great experience I had at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry Friday. I had to get a tooth extracted, and I must say, I do not like going to the dentist, but this was the best experience I’ve had. Vary friendly, and family oriented staff. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs dental care, or just a simple cleaning. This was my first visit, and I must say, they definitely have my business.
