RecommendedLet me say Dr Candy and her staff at Smilestones Dentistry are amazing!!! Literally it just took a phone call, quick visit and an X-ray and she made some calls and got my mini in with the oral surgeon SAME DAY!!! Thank you guys so much!!
Honesty and kindness. Michelle & the team at Cary location are very rude and not honest. You gonna get ripped off at this place if you don't ask the right questions.

At the location on Carolina Beach Road in Wilmington NC I scheduled an appointment for 6 PM tonight and I got there at 5:30 to fill out paperwork. I have a wisdom tooth that just started bothering me two days ago and it is Growing into my jaw and making it almost impossible to open up my mouth to eat and even to speak. The office staff made a mistake and put in my appointment for 2 PM. I showed up and they told me that I had missed my appointment at 2 PM but I never received a phone call and that is not the time that I agree... read more

Our child was undergoing Orthodontia treatments from Dr. Novak. She is a great dentist with a great staff. Unfortunately, my 42 year old wife was recently diagnosed with a disabling condition. As a result, we decided to relocate back to PA so that our families could assist us. The Orthodontia care wasn’t completed. Even so, Winston Salem Dental Care REFUSED to refund us for the portion of care they would no longer have to provide. This is both unfair and unreasonable. RecommendedI've never liked going to the dentist, but Riccobene makes it a pleasant experience! The staff is always very friendly and professional. I'm very impressed with the extra precautions they are taking due to COVID-19. When I went to the McGee's Crossroads location today, they took my temperature before I even entered the building. I had to fill out a heath questionnaire and the staff was constantly cleaning during my visit. They also took extra precautions with their protective equipment.
