I went to the Mebane office on 11/15/19 for a 6 month routine cleaning and I was not impressed with the care I received from my hygienist. She was very curt and rushed through my appointment. She was not personable at all. She was in such a rush that she dumped her bag of instruments on the tray in a loud and obnoxious manner. I work in healthcare and find this unprofessional. Garner location - I had a root canal today. V took such great care of me! Dr. Chen was awesome, and they worked together beautifully. I had a great experience and definitely recommend them to anyone needing a root canal.
Apex location Called a day before in need of an urgent cleaning for my son and myself, and they were able to get us in the same day! My son who is 9 was very comfortable and not scared. I went in for my initial appointment and was able to get a cleaning and a plan for the problems I have all in the same day!!! totally recommend!
I had 2 old fillings redone by Dr Clark at the Cary office about a month ago. While she was removing the filling, I started to feel the drill...it hurt and it scared me, and she had zero sympathy. She got firm with me because I got startled and touched her arm when I felt the drill. She numbed me more and I still felt the drill a few more times. I am new patient and I had to get an tooth extraction today. Dr. Luis Gonzalez was amazing. He was understand and made me feel comfortable during the whole process.
