The Cary location get's a one-star for not telling me the dentist I have seen for two years is no longer with them. They just thought it was the right thing to assign me a new dentist with less than five years of experience. After the few thousand dollars I spent with you last year...can't you afford a simple letter letting your clients know Alan Bacon has moved on. Bet other locations have had the same issue.

We livevin Knightdale so we usually go to that office for our whole family. Recently, my oldest son (10) has developed a fear/anxiety of going for cleanings so they suggested that we try the pediatric office in Garner. We went last week and had a fabulous experience! They were so kind and gentle and patient. They took time to explain each step of the cleaning process and x-rays, which really calmed my son's fears. We will keep going to the pediatric office for future visits!

Going to the dentist has never been so stress and worry free. I love talking to the the staff. From the time you walk in you are greeted immediately and in a friendly manner. Today I had to go for some dental work and it was honestly pain free. The dentist and his assistant (sorry, forgot their names) were amazing. They are constantly checking on you to make sure all is good. It was an experience at the dentist like no other. My family and I are grateful to them for their care and support.
Best experience ever!!! Very professional and friendly staff, I would highly recommend.

I had two fillings done in the Goldsboro office by Dr. Gonzales. He has a great personality and gave me reassurance throughout the procedure. My dental assistant also made sure I was comfortable. When there was pain Dr. G immediately numbed me some more. First time with Dr. Gonzales and I was satisfied.

Tuesday 7/23rd was my first visit going to Dr. Riccobene & Associates in Clayton. I have been a hygienist of 25 yrs plus and can appreciate a good cleaning. My hygienist went above and beyond what I expected. She was very gentle and was very thorough. The new dentist was excellent. Very professional. Although I have a lot of knowledge in the dental industry, he made sure I understood every detail of my treatment plan. I appreciate a great experience!
I have extreme anxiety whenever I have to have dental work of any kind! In the Mebane office, Dr. Speer gave the best of services. I had an extensive filling and not only did he do a great job, it was honestly painless. He and his assistant had a sense of calm and confidence about them while exhibiting a continual concern for my comfort. I will never go anywhere else. The best service and care that I have ever experienced!
