RecommendedDr. White and his great staff are fantastic. It’s a very comfortable and friendly atmosphere. I always feel that I am in good hands whenever I go to have my teeth taken care of! Having grown up with a father who was a dentist, I must also say that I have never had better care. Of course my dad didn’t have all of the advanced equipment and technology that Dr. White has! Today it’s pain free not like the old days!
Recommended5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m a new patient @ White Dental. Dr. James White and his staff have been friendly, professional, and they’re extremely competent. Dr. White takes his time and explains everything in detail of the procedure he’s performing and is available after business hours if you have any issues or problems. They are reasonably priced for services which really helps when you’re retired and have no dental insurance.
Everything was great until my dentist left the practice. Once she left I was given a new dentist with no warning. She was nice enough, but did not review what teeth had already been worked on causing insurance to not pay and leaving us with additional bills. Attempted to get resolution via office manager, who could never get her and the dentist vacation schedules together to be able to consult with the dentist and get back with me. Staff was threatening, condescending, and untrustworthy. CFO lied to me about what my doctors told him about my medical history to purposely create a rift between us. Refused to treat me because I am diabetic. Worst dental experience of my life! Go somewhere else!

The office staff at Riccobene is absolutely horrible to work with and I did not even get in the front door. They insisted that my insurance did not start until 07/01/2019 despite the info on my card and the details my HR Department provided. The talked to "Vickie" twice and were told I did not have active coverage. When I called my insurance company they had no inquires from them on coverage verification. Guess they did not need any new patients.
