Staff was threatening, condescending, and untrustworthy. CFO lied to me about what my doctors told him about my medical history to purposely create a rift between us. Refused to treat me because I am diabetic. Worst dental experience of my life! Go somewhere else!

The office staff at Riccobene is absolutely horrible to work with and I did not even get in the front door. They insisted that my insurance did not start until 07/01/2019 despite the info on my card and the details my HR Department provided. The talked to "Vickie" twice and were told I did not have active coverage. When I called my insurance company they had no inquires from them on coverage verification. Guess they did not need any new patients.
