Blatant Price Gouging – Stay Away This place is a ripoff. They’re charging 2 to 3 times the actual list price for parts you can easily see list price online on official OEM and dealer websites using the same part number. No discount for picking it up yourself—just pure greed. Most dealers will at least knock something off the price if you’re doing the work and picking it up, but not here. I have been ordering wholesale crash parts for over 25 years. I can say without a doubt Delia DeSousa is the absolute best parts representative I’ve ever encountered. It started with a mis-stamped Kia engine cradle that none of the other sales people were able to help me with. The wrong part just kept showing up. Delia went above and beyond identifying the problem and contacting Kia to get their error straightened out and get me the correct part.
