I have been ordering wholesale crash parts for over 25 years. I can say without a doubt Delia DeSousa is the absolute best parts representative I’ve ever encountered. It started with a mis-stamped Kia engine cradle that none of the other sales people were able to help me with. The wrong part just kept showing up. I had trouble finding a part online and at the store. Randy Billings came to the rescue. He had me get some info from the shop and w pictures and google he got it done! I order hundreds of parts a week so i know this took some skill. Randy Nailed it !
