Jim was amazing to work with. We didn't feel like just a number or like we working with a programed robot. He helped us find just what we wanted, taught us how to use features we never would have used had he not, and made the experience fun! Our finance person was also enjoyable to do business with. He was professional, kind, and patient.
I will not go back due to the very very poor customer service. After 4 hours of waiting for a simple oil change, they forgot to notify me my car was ready and I had to track them down to get an update. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Never again will come back here.
Overall fun guys to mess with while making a deal! Had a good time and got a somewhat decent deal on what I wanted!
