I had a very disappointing experience with Ricardo Ruiz, APRN. I brought my mother in for evaluation of severe long-term bowel motility dysfunction that has been closely associated with major functional decline over time. Fui atendida por el Dr. Ricardo Ruiz en la Universidad de Miami y, aunque fue cordial y se mostró conversador, mi experiencia fue limitada. Solo estuvo presente unos cinco minutos durante la consulta; el resto del tiempo fui atendida por su asistente, quien fue amable. Ricardo goes above and beyond for his patients. He is very skilled in his practice and always answers all my questions. He is exceptional in his specialty. I would recommend him to anyone.

He was so kind and you can tell he is really knowledgeable and truly cares about his patients and their well being. He is great about explaining things in terms you can understand and answering all your questions :)
