Karen, Emma, and the entire team at Ricardo Basta are exceptional in their craft. I came to them with a damaged ring, distraught, thinking I’d leave with a pendant keepsake. Instead, they were patient with me and designed a custom piece that utilized the primary stone and created a unique and sentimental ring that will last much longer than I thought possible. They are attentive, thoughtful, and sensible with your budget.
