I was referred to Dr. Ricardo Meade for reconstruction surgery following a breast cancer bilateral mastectomy. The reconstruction involved a series of surgeries and his expertise and calm presence allowed me to have the full confidence in both the physician and the process. He was very thorough in the explanation of each of the steps and the results were really remarkable. I would highly recommend Dr. Meade as a plastic surgeon.
I was referred to Dr. Meade after being diagnosed with breast cancer. After a partial mastectomy, Dr. Meade swooped in and did a bi-lateral free nipple graft reduction for me. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the results! I get so many comments on how good I look after surgery and I just want to lift up my shirt and yell "Dr. Meade!" He turned his scalpel into a magic wand and changed my life. Dr. Meade will forever be my go-to guy. My only regret is that I didn't find him sooner.
I had a lumpectomy where about 1/3 of my breast was removed. Dr. Meade performed a breast reduction/reconstruction, reducing my cancer free breast and molded my other breast so the indentation from the prior surgery was not noticeable. He did this without any breast implants. The outcome exceeded my expectations! I now have nice, firm C size 20 year old breasts again and can wear clothes without feeling self-conscience. I highly recommend Dr. Meade, a truly artisan of his craft - a perfectionist
I highly recommend Dr. Meade! I was very hesitant and nervous about getting a Breast Augmentation, but Dr. Meade made it so easy! I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and he delivered. His staff is so kind and helpful. I can't say enough about the surgery staff. I felt at ease, and taken care of. His anesthesia physician called me and walked me through every step, she was amazing! Reviews are so important and I hope that this one gets you in his door!
I had a breast lift revision, original surgery 20 years ago by a different doctor. I am thankful Dr Meade took me on as a patient. He was clear and detailed in his explanation of the procedure and expectations. I knew the outcome would be an improvement Dr Meade is a brilliant surgeon. My result was phenomenal. My expectations were surpassed and I didn't realize I could feel this good, both physically and mentally. I am truly grateful to Dr Meade
I wouldn't ever recommend this doctor. He adds in a lot of fees that are unnecessary that you won't find any other plastic surgeon add. And on the bottom of your tx plan it states it is a federal law to have any tissue removed from the body biopsy. Which is NOT true...and he charges for this $500 (with a coupon code, without code it's $700) when I questioned this nothing was said. Then when I left the office manager followed me out to tell me that's just his rule...$$$ hungry doctor, no thanks

We are always looking for ways to improve our practice. We choose to send all breast tissue out of an abundance of caution and welcome all patients to discuss why. However, our paperwork no longer indicates that it is mandatory to send out all breast specimens. We believe the cost the pathologist charges for this service is reasonable, but understandably, some patients may choose to not participate.
Breast cancer, choose a bilateral mastectomy. I feel blessed to had found Dr. Meade. I didn't want breast implants. I wanted breasts that were soft, warm and not large, the free flap surgery called PAP was the perfect solution. The surgery requires a great deal of skill. Dr. Meade is a incredible surgeon. I have finished my beast and nipple reconstruction and feel brand new! iheartdoctormeade! P.S. If you already had your reconstution and are not happy, call him, you deserve it!
Dr. Meade performed a breast reduction/lift for me in Oct 2016 and I am beyond pleased! His staff and the surgical facility are top-notch...they are all professional, friendly, organized, and very helpful. I immediately felt a sense of trust in Dr Meade and was not wrong in my initial judgment. He is clear about expectations, very skilled, and obviously cares about doing great work. He also has a great aesthetic, which was at the top of my criteria list for choosing a plastic surgeon.
Dr. Meade was patient and took the time to answer all my questions. I was very happy with his care from beginning to end. His staff was also fantastic!
