There repair parts are marked up tremendously high shop around!
This company did warranty repair work on my dishwasher. The person who answers their phone was very nice, personable and helpful. The service was scheduled much sooner than I expected and the serviceman was friendly and efficient. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
We tried three times to schedule an appointment with Ribbles. Their service operator was VERY RUDE. WE will NEVER call them again for ANYTHING!! Bad, Bad Service.
