we used ribbles for years, but recently my mother called to have them send over a large freezer "we dont do that anymore" the man said, my mom always did that and paid for it on arrival. I went there twice this week to see about a washer and dryer, Thursday got there at 4:20-closed. We called Ribbles to fix the water and ice dispenser in the door of our refridgerater. They came out and said they needed to order a part. We paid them at that time for the part and also the labor. They came out and installed the new part and it started working but only for a few days. We called them back and they said that the part may be defective and they would order another one. This has been over one month ago and they refuse to call me back. We paid for services never rendered.
I just wanted to pay compliment to first the service man, who came to service my washer and was completely honest with me on the fact that my washer was not worth fixing. He informed me that they had reconditioned appliances at their store and if I choose to purchase a new washer I could apply half of my service call towards that washer. I am not even sure they are worthy of one star, I purchased a frontload washer from them and after using it for less then 30 days the circut board went out, they brought out their "very angry repair techs" and changed it out. They left without testing only for me to find out it was still broke and the wrong board was installed so it now had a mind of its own, needless to say a millon calls later and a threaten of small claims court they brought me out a top loader to use as a replacement til they could get me a new frontload... read more
Ribbles is the best service company around town. I called to schedule service, they were very polite, helpful and reasonable with price. When the service technician came to my house, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will tell all my friends and family to use only Ribbles for their appliance repairs.
Just had a technican from Ribbles come to my home to repair my dryer which was not heating. The technician not only fixed the problem of it not heating, he also de-linted the entire dryer, moved my washer out and even helped me clean behind my appliances. Unlike other companies I have called in the past they didnt hurry to get paid and leave. I will never call another appliance company for repair!
They fixed my dryer when it had a problem. When I screwed up and didnt clean the vent, they came out for free and made sure everything was working properly.
