I took my 7-month old son in for a haircut, and we had a great experience. We walked in, with an appointment, and went right to a chair! Keonia was very gentle and understanding of my son's curiosity and fear of the clippers. She was quick and very sweet. I couldn't have asked for a better first experience for his haircut! We will be returning!
Got here at 5:45 from duplin county for a haircut, the place was empty but they refused to cut my daughter's hair. they said they need at least 20 minutes. I guess we will find a new place to go.
Very accommodating to walk-ins. Our girls loved their haircuts and manicures. Amy was exceptional and put our youngest at ease for her first haircut.

Arrived at 545pm for a haircut for my son. They close at 6, but wouldn't do the haircut. Guess we'll find another place to go.
We had a horrible experience here for my twins' first hair cut experience. First of all, I called several times and couldn't get an answer, but I saw on the website they take walk-ins, so I decided just to go up there. I get there an no employees are anywhere to be found. They were having a party in the party room. It took a while for someone to come in and tell me it would be a 30 minute wait. I waited. Bad experience yesterday with a stylist that cut my daughters hair uneven. It was a really bad haircut and I asked her when she was done if it was uneven and she said "no its the natural wave". So today we went to a professional salon to have it fixed. Disappointed. However, a year or 2 ago, my daughter had a decent haircut there.
