We have had nothing but good experiences at Ribbit over the last almost 9 years. My girls are growing up and prefer an environment that better reflects their ages. But I have always trusted the stylists at Ribbit. Give it a try. Or a second chance. Support local businesses as often as you can. �

Amy did a great job with my 1 year old's first hair cut. She was quick and personable. I was very surprised that there were several poor reviews recently as we walked in and although Amy was the only stylist, she finished up and took us back with a smile!

I debated leaving this review, I normally don't but this experience was so bad I feel I need to let others know. I took my 10 month old in for a small trim this morning.-it was not his first haircut and he did so amazingly well the first time because they knew what they were doing cutting a child's hair and making them feel comfortable so I didn't think today would be any different. This is the worst experience I have ever had! I took my grandson (5) and granddaughter ((8) for an appointment with Amy who I later found out is the manager. I gave her specific instructions for cutting my grandsons hair. She totally ignored my request and proceeded to cut it “the way she was taught 16 years ago”. When I saw what she was doing I demanded she stop and ask why she had not followed my request She said she was the stylist and knew what she was doing. Needless to say a heated discussion followed. New to the area and was excited to take my granddaughters to get their nails done and a first haircut. The prices are so high for no service. There is no experience for the kids. You literally walk in to unfriendly people , u get a quick trim, and slap nail polish on as fast as possible . No experience for the kids!! And I have even given it several chances, just gets worse. The prices are so outrageous for the services. Every time they say they are booked, no one is in their and the staff rushes you after u wait a long time... read more

This rating is more for the 3 mediocre experiences I've had in this salon. My son has been here a total of 4 times! The first time was ok. The Second time was not ok. The 3 time I actually loved it so much I actually took the name of the stylist Kianna( she's the best stylist they have there hands down)! And then yesterday the 4th time there someone completely different cut my sons hair and it was just OK. I love the customer service I get each time I go in there however I will only return if Kianna is the one cutting my son... read more
